Pick-up & Drop-off Charges:

The maximum distance for pick up and/or drop-off is 25 miles each way. Additionally, mailing merchandise to you is available, but the client is responsible for all associated mailing fees and need to be paid up front if merchandise will be mailed to you.
A signature is required to confirm your booking for engraving services. This ensures that both parties are aligned on the details of the order, including the scope of work, pricing, and delivery expectations. By signing, you acknowledge ans accept the terms of service, helping to avoid any misunderstandings and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish with clear communication of the ordered product.
